In my ministries, I regularly remind myself of my personal mission statement:
- It is not about me.
- It is not about my ministry.
- It is all about Christ in me and Christ’s ministry in our community and world.
Therefore, my prayer is, "Lord, help me to become more like you and see the world as you see it. Help me have a passion for loving, seeking and saving the lost. Help me to understand and the courage to join you in your ministry. I am your disciple and desire to be obedient to your leading."
This personal mission statement has helped guide me in all ministries. Recently, it has led me to focus on a Men’s Brother’s group, a summer youth waterskiing ministry, drama ministry and worship video projection.
